Harry Styles Jewish ?

Just in case you wonder if Harry Styles of One Direction is Jewish, the truth is that Styles (full name: Harry Edward Styles) is not Jewish.

To take things from the very beginning, Harry Styles, born to Anne Cox and Des Styles, was born in Bromsgrove, West Midlands, England on February 1 1994. At the age of 7 Harry's parents went their separate ways and even though he maintained a good relationship with his father, Harry lived with his mother and sister, Gemma Styles. Growing up Harry lived in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England and attended Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, a state comprehensive school.

Many fans were really confused about Harry's religious beliefs, because he had revealed recently (March 24, 2013) that he was planning to spend his few days off work, celebrating some Jewish holidays with his family.

The 25th March marked this year's Passover Seder, a Jewish ritual feast that marks the beginning of the Jewish holiday of Passover. It is conducted on the evenings of the 14th day of Nisan in the Hebrew calendar, and on the 15th by traditionally observant Jews living outside Israel.

But this was not the first time that Harry has talked about his "Jewishness", as just on February 2013 he tweeted to wish fellow Jews a "Happy Purim". It was lated proved that all the tweets were sent by Harry's publicist!

It is believed that Harry Styles does not have his current religion available to the public, because he considers this private information. Styles doesn't seem to be very religious though...

The general consensus appears to be that Harry Styles is Catholic. The only piece of supporting evidence is the fact that Styles regularly wears a cross necklace.

Conclusion: Harry Styles is not Jewish, but Catholic.
