Madonna Stuns In Her "Rebel Heart Tour" Debut

Madonna began her "Rebel Heart Tour" on Wednesday at the Bell Center in Montreal and she looked absolutely gorgeous.

Not only Madonna, 57, wowed the audience with her once again amazing performance but also with the number of her haute-couture costume changes.

The Queen of Pop rocked looks created by Jeremy Scott for Moschino and Alessandro Michele for Gucci and as well as outfit ensembles from Alexander Wang and Fausto Puglisi's eponymous lines.

According to WWD, who talked in detail with the pop veteran's costume designer Arianne Phillips, she also modeled designs from featured Miu Miu, Swarovski and Prada on the stage.

With each creation, it's really important that the costume will boost Madonna's performance and not inhibit it. If urged to select between fashion and function, she would choose the latter.

"For her, the performance comes first," Wang revealed to WWD, adding: "She has to be able to dance and move and feel comfortable in it."

Phillips, the stylist for her "Rebel Heart tour", agreed, noting: "(Madonna) doesn't really finalize any of the designs until 100 percent of the choreography is set...It's a real back-and-forth conversation and it's a brutal process for most fashion designers. You're hanging in the balance while all the practical aspects are worked out, like the choreography and the quick-changes."

The end result definitely looks awesome!
